Modern day houseboats are pretty extravagant & pricey; $40,000 to $500,000.
Though the basic theme among them are the same as houses on water.
Our purpose in building and/or buying these is to accommodate our overnight guests.
We hope that you will enjoy the experience of staying in one.

Ours is but a humble beginning; with 7 simple ones built and more to come.
Our unit can accommodate 1 family or 6-8 youth. Bunk beds with mattresses are
provided. You need to bring sleeping bags and pillows.
We would like to be able to accommodate our retreatants with the basics and yet
keep them affordable.
We would also like to build a hall and a floating chapel on water.
