Our MISSION: to provide a Catholic environment for Recreation, Reflection & Retreat
(RR&R) for Families, Parish Ministries; youth, choir, prayer groups & associations like the
KoC, Cursillo, F4C,... Our mission is dedicated to Our Lady; Stella Maris (Star of the Sea).
We are about 30 mins. (from the 401 & 404/400) north of Toronto, ON., near Newmarket
on five serene & scenic acres, with over 1000 ft of waterfront along the Holland river.
SUMMER: fishing, boating, campfires,..., along with hiking on our 75 wooded acres nearby.
WINTER: skating on our lagoon, ice fishing, snowshoeing, X-country on " .
YEAR-ROUND ACTIVITIES; socials, movies, plays, rosary, sing-a-longs, campfires...
Houseboats (floating homes) & tents are available for our members & parish ministries.

Experience our 'little way' of togetherness in Faith, Fun & Fellowship. First-timers may
attend a Catholic Family Social.(CFS) at NO CHARGE, but must register in advance.

Benedict XVI Calls Families to Unite. They must Mobilize to Influence Culture. Mexico on Jan 18, 2009
Our Holy Father at the World Meeting of Families in Mexico on Jan 18, 2009 reiterated the following, that
"families must mobilize themselves to promote a culture 'of life and build' the Kingdom of God".
The family, he concluded, is called "to evangelize and be evangelized."
"The future of society depends on the strong, authentic witness of Catholic families" said the Supreme Knight,

Hence our mission is to provide and promote a place for faithful Catholic families to be able to join together in
Solidarity (unity & commitment) with other families, to bring about formation, strategy & change in our society.
