Here is what our sons have done so far. A wonderful concept of a house on water. Our plans are simple,
but practical. Just basic accommodation for a night, weekend or longer. No M1$ homes here, but who
knows what we may come up with next, for your pleasure and we are only 30 minutes from GTA.

weekend or longer.

Your comments are
appreciated, at this time, as
we proceed with our plans.

Each of these houseboats will
cost us around $30,000 to
$50,000.

You can reserve nights/
weekends in advance. Your
gesture will certainly assist us
financially and give us the
moral support we need.

One weekend here will cost
you between $300 to $500.
100 weekends will pay for one
unit. No profits.

If you wish to sponsor the cost
of a houseboat with an
interest-free loan we would
convert the $$ saved by
providing you free nights here
in lieu of monthly payments &
interest.

Our HOUSEBOATS are to be
12' wide and range in length
from 28' to 44'.

Some with bunk beds for
groups, others for families and
yet others for married couples.

Some are planned with
sleepers only, others with
kitchenettes, and / or with
washroom facilities, and others
with living room space.

Depending on your feedback
we will proceed or modify our
plans.
